The positioner is an ideal equipment used to welding various rotating part such as shaft,shallow and barred part,through the rotary motion and flip flop of the working table,making the weld of the work pieces at their most ideal position, cooperating with the manipulator and the welding source,forming an auto welding center,to improve the welding quality,reduce the labour intensity of the welders, and raise labour productivity. The positioner is generally composed of rack,turnover reducing mechanism,swirling reducing mechanism,current conductive nechanism,turning mechanism and control system. The speed of rotation of the turning mechanism is regulated by AC frequency conversion speed regulator, with the advantages of constant torque output, more stable performance at lower speed,good recovery for net press,and high degree of accuracy.
