HL positioner is composed of tailstock,swirl gear,worktable,turnover mechanism and body.
The surface of the worktable is manufactured by casting,which is difficulty terval among them on the table,which are convenient to install and ***ach the workpieces.Swirling adopts worm reducer(over 1 ton)through imported converter to govern in a regulating range and stable operating speed. Turning adopts worm reducer for regulator truning according to the demanding in the range of 360 degrees,with big turning torque and reliable positioning. It has the function of self locking,able to avoid accident because of sutting of the power source. The body adopts seater sonstruction,with good overall stability and remote control,and it is easy and flexible to operate.
