Our co***ny¡¯s batch produced horizonta rotating tables all adopt rotary fulcrum bearing produced with German technology as the turning vehicle of workpieces,with cramped construction,able to bear torque of axial,radial and overturning,and its own gear has high degree of driven accuracy,and stable operating.
The table-drive speed reducer has self-locking sunction,using the frequency converter for stepless speed regulating of the rotating table.This frequency converting and speed regulating can strongly protect itself from over-burden,over-current and over-pressure,in order to drive without maintenance,and its function of digital display and speed magnitude prediction is more convenient and visualized.
The surface of the worktable is manufactured by unit casting,which is difficulty to be damaged by the ***tters. There is radioactive T type groove on the surface of the table,which can easily install various positioning parts and fastening devices,convenient for workpiece¡¯s positioning.
