Workpiece¡¯s production error:such as the ellipticity error and the barrel¡¯s taper error; The turning roll¡¯s position error makes high-low difference and concentric position difference between the driving and following turning rolls. The high-low difference and concentric position difference between the driving and following rolls caused by ground settlement when the truning roll bears load. All these three conditions will make workpiece float, and they all occur during use. For this condition, we make the rollers of the following roll as lifting roller(can be raised and lowered)on a basis of adjustable turning roll with the system controller. Displacement ***ector(with displacement pickup)is placed at one end of the workpiece,and the checking wheel lies on the surface of the workiece, the surface has to be processed,and the checking wheel can turn with the workpiece. When the workpiece axially moves, the checking wheel will move together with the workpiece,the displacement pickup will ***ect the floating totaland direction of the workpiece,and the signal will be transferred to the system controller to be handled. The controller will regulate the lifting,speed and interval of the folling turning roll according to the total of the floating,and control or lift according to the floating direction.
