This welder is a equipment specially for valve seal facing,used for surfacing welding of the end surface,inner and outer surface,circular conical surface and deep hole valve seal surface with the diameter from Ø50 to 2000(***ermined by the actual workpiece),and weight below 500kg. The angle of the turning board is 0-90ˇădegree, able to be regulated. With different welding torch, it is able to weld self-fluxing and non-self-fluxing iron-base,nickel-base, copper-base and cermet powder on the surface of the preheat workpiece and cold workpiece. This machine adopts photoelectric technology to control automatically,all the welding action automatically controlled by PLC, the operator can complete the whole welding process with pushing the button only one time with a rate over 90% of finished products.
